What paper are the prints made on?

The prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag®
(305 gsm, 100% cotton).

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.

How is my print packaged?

Each print is carefully packaged—either flat or in a sturdy shipping tube, depending on the format—to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Do the prints have a white border?

Depending on the format, a white border may occur, as the print size is adjusted to match the respective image ratio.

Can I return or exchange my print?

If you are not satisfied with your print, we offer an exchange for another print or store credit for a future purchase within 14 days.

Refunds are not possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
