By clicking the “Buy” button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices & Shipping

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include the applicable VAT.

• Worldwide shipping is free of charge.

• Shipping times and possible customs duties for international orders depend on the destination country.

5. Payment Methods

6. Delivery & Shipping Conditions

• Orders are shipped within 7–14 business days.

• Fine Art Prints are securely packaged and shipped in durable tubes.

• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Since these are limited edition artworks, the following return policy applies:

• A return is only possible within 14 days after receiving the item if it is damaged.

• The buyer covers return shipping costs.

• Artworks must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• Custom orders (e.g., framed prints) are non-refundable.

8. Liability & Warranty

• The statutory warranty rights apply.

• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling of the artwork.

9. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain the property of Richard Schabetsberger until full payment has been received.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• German law applies.

• The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Laufen, Germany.

11. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
